While it is always sad to lose an iconic venue such as the East Brunswick Club, it is hard to be downhearted when there is such a cracking number of fantastic gigs planned for its final days.

Friday 17th February sees NorthEast Party House join forces with Millions and Nantes on their Triple Treat Tour. Nantes bring their folk-tinged, LCD Soundsystem inspired pop while Millions supply the straight up indie pop, leaving the synthesizers for NorthEast Party House.

$12 + bf, $15 at the door (if you’re lucky!) SOLD OUT!

Both Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th are devoted to the folk talents of The Paper Kites on their Woodland tour, launching their EP of the same name. Supported by Dirt Farmer and Tim Hart (Boy and Bear), there isn’t really anything else to say. Should be a couple of brilliant evenings!

$15 + bf, $18 at the door SOLD OUT!

Wednesday the 22nd features a Wireless Records showcase, delivering Ivy St., Slight of Build and Radiant City supported by East Brunswick All Girls Choir and Littlestar.

No Presale for this one, just $7 on the door.

And for the final night of music at the East Brunswick Club everrrrrrr, on February 29th there is the stellar line up of Oscar + Martin, Parking Lot Experiments and Milk Teddy. Lots of sweet electro sounds and vocal tricks to ease the pain.

Sadly, this one is all ready sold out, so you had best go about begging, borrowing, or stealing, if need be, to get your hands on a ticket.
